Daniel supports improvements to infrastructure that make our district safer. Whether it is our roads, sidewalks, or public parks and trails, Daniel knows that residents in North Anchorage want to be able to walk and recreate safely.

Leading on Public Health And Safety

Daniel supports funding the AFD Mobile Crisis Team and the Mobile Intervention Team to respond compassionately to those in crisis while freeing up APD resources to fight violent crime.

As a health care professional, Daniel has the expertise to understand where our public dollars should go to fund public health initiatives wisely.

Working Families Champion

Daniel supported giving parental leave for our city workers as well as additional holidays to recognize their commitment to serving the public.

Daniel also supports building more housing to attract new workers to keep our city thriving.

Daniel supports returning our public employees to a defined benefit pension.
